Mr.Rodney W. Jordan
Jordan is general counsel, secretary and vice president of human resources at the TLC Companies, an employee leasing company that specializes in the trucking and insurance industries. He provides strategic and operational planning, negotiating major transactions, contracts, litigation management, resource allocation and alignment.
He currently is a trustee for the Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis and is a Benilde-St. Margaret’s board member. He has served on several other boards over the years – as a trustee for Hamline University and as a director for the Grotto Foundation, Minneapolis Family & Children’s Service, Inter-media Arts and the Minneapolis Aquatennial Association.
Currently, Jordan is a member of the American, Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations; the Society for Human Resources Management; Executive Leadership Council; and the legal advisory committee of the National Association of Professional Employers Organization.
Jordan is a graduate of Cornell University and Cornell Law School. He also holds a certificate of completion from the University of Michigan Business School’s advanced human resources executive program.
