Rodney Jordan is general counsel, secretary and vice president of human resources at the TLC Companies, an employee leasing company that specializes in the trucking and insurance industries. He provides strategic and operational planning, and handles governance, contracts, labor relations, litigation, insurance and benefits matters.
He is a director of the Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis and chairs the Benilde-St. Margaret’s Board of Directors. He has served on several other boards over the years – as a trustee for Hamline University and as a director for the Grotto Foundation, Minneapolis Family & Children’s Service, Inter-media Arts and the Minneapolis Aquatennial Association.
Jordan is a member of the American, Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations; the Society for Human Resources Management; and the Legal Advisory Committee of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations.
A graduate of Cornell University and Cornell Law School, Jordan also holds a certificate of completion from the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program, Stephen M Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
