You or someone you know could be our next:

Director of People and Culture—Manages all aspects of the human resources function for the Foundation and serves as a member of the senior leadership team, guiding organization-wide decision-making and designing and sustaining a people-centered environment that reflects the Foundation’s mission, vision, values, and strategy.

In addition to strong skills, we’re looking for candidates who can work independently with minimal direction, as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A commitment to our values and to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) is very important.

The position is hybrid, offering the flexibility to combine remote and in-office work.
