This journey grew from our much deeper and ongoing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) journey that has shown us how to learn by centering the communities we serve, our values, and shared understanding. The results are stronger relationships, improved trust, and more grounded decision-making, all of which make for higher functioning, more effective boards.
