Our annual justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) report is a conversation starter.
Our JEDI journey helped produce momentous impact in 2023. We changed our mission to center justice—racial, social, and economic. And, our grantmaking supported our priority communities at the highest rate since we started tracking the diversity of grantee partner leadership in 2019. More than 50 percent of grant dollars went to Native-led organizations. More than 90 percent went to organizations led by communities of color.
