What does a JEDI commitment look like in a year like this one?
This marks the fourth year of reporting on our justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) journey. It was a year like no other. Inside our 2025 report you’ll find data that holds us accountable to our grantmaking commitment to the communities we serve, along with demographic snapshots, ways we continued to learn as an organization, and highlights of how we showed up externally. And, yes, the data reflects how we followed through on our pledge to double our funding for 2025, which we’ll continue in 2026.
As you can see from the graphic, more than 90 percent of our grantmaking dollars went to organizations led by Native Americans and communities of color. The funding is the centerpiece of the report, and yet it’s only one part of our organization-wide commitment to the journey.
Take a look at the full, two-page report and let us know what you think.
